The Opportunity:

 

We are seeking an accomplished experienced consultant  to co-drive, in a Partner role, our international Location Strategy and Site Selection team during an exciting phase of international business expansion. This high-visibility role offers significant career growth potential and immediate involvement in the further development of our firm as a whole in the role of Partner in a firm, owned by active partners

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a leading face of BCI Global's footprint and location advisory expertise to leading companies around the globe, location strategies for new manufacturing plants, distribution centers & services centers
  • Co-manage the  practice alongside the Managing Partner, setting vision and strategy
  • Drive practice growth through targeted business development on site location strategies and manufacturing footprints
  • Supervise complex international projects and act as senior sparring partner for our clients
  • Cultivate and expand key client relationships across international markets
  • Identify emerging market opportunities through strategic networking and market analysis
  •  Establish yourself as a thought leader through conference presentations, publications, and media engagement

Qualifications That Set You Apart

Experience & Education

  • 15+ years of progressive responsibility in location advisory or manufacturing strategy consulting
  • MSc in Business Strategy, Economics, Geography, Real Estate (MRE), or related field
  • Demonstrated success developing business and managing complex international projects
  • Established network of industry contacts and recognized expertise in the field

 

 

Knowledge & Skills

  •  Deep understanding of and experience in location strategy and site selection preferably including incentive negotiations and possibly also experience with manufacturing footprint optimization processes
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic business acumen
  •  Demonstrated sales experience in a consultative selling environment
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
